Specialty Lawn Maintenance!
At First Response Land we are constantly working to make our Client's lives easier as we continue to grow! In our current efforts to do this, we are in the process of creating a new setup to specifically fill a void in the industry that is currently left by the Old School Thoughts of "Our Equipment Won't Fit and I Need My Trailer"!
Most Lawn Care and Landscape Companies around rely on large and heavy mowers that just don't work on some properties. They are either too large for a small yard, leave the yard looking terrible, or simply cannot gain access to different areas! There's nothing wrong with operating a business with this type of equipment, actually it's the Industry Standard and this is how we've operated for the last two years! But that is about to change as we expand!
While we will continue operating our current Setup of Truck and Trailer (P01, MT01 and DT01) for the larger properties that we take care of as well as various other jobs, we will be adding a setup with a different look! We are currently in the process of building out TL01 (Trailer-less 01) which will fulfill the needs of many and allow us to expand. This setup will be simple and compact by using a Ford Ranger which will be outfitted with 22" and 30" Self Propelled Lawn Mowers, String Trimmers, Edgers and Blowers. This is the same equipment we carry in our Maintenance Trailer, just with Mowers that are smaller in size, allowing us to fully service smaller properties. By creating this setup, we will be able to take on additional properties that other companies may turn down due to issues such as Limited Access on the Street, Lawns that are too small for larger equipment, Narrow Gates/Openings into Back yards and many others.
You may ask, what is the difference between this setup and every other person that I see driving down the road with a lawn mower in their pickup truck bed? There is a huge difference. This truck will be set up with a professionally built custom ramp system to get equipment into and out of the truck. We agree that it just doesn't look professional to have eqiupment lifted in and out of a truck bed. This truck will also be Commercially Registered and Insured as well as lettered with Company Information. At First Response Land, we are a licensed and registered company with the state and as such we prefer to always give the look of professionalism with all of our equipment and crews.
We are currently a few weeks away from this setup being on the road and are currently taking on new clients! Our goal is to help those who always get turned down because of Special Situations in their Property! This new Setup will also free up our Full Scale setup to allow us to expand overall, with not needing to have the Larger Equipment on smaller locations.
