As the heat has begun to leave and the cold air is on the horizon, there is no time like the preset to start taking care of your Leaves! Whether you prefer to clean up the yard yourself, or you don't care to touch a rake, we've got you covered! At First Response Land, we off full Fall Cleanups as well as Curbside Leaf Pickups!
For Curbside Pickups, you simply get the leaves to the Curbline (grass side, not road) and we will come to pick them up. Who really wants to bag leaves anyway, right? Our goal with this is to keep our crew busy as well as to give you back some time in your day. Prices vary upon the amount of leaves on site, so call, text or message us for an Estimate!

Aeration is important to keep your turf healthy and it is suggested to do at least once, and up to twice per year on a property. The best time for aeration is during the fall at least 4 weeks prior to a hard frost. This allows the ground to soften up and roots to grow deeper prior to the Turf going Dormant. The other option for aeration is during the Spring Growing Season. During this time of year, this will allow the grass to grow more rapidly and become stronger.
Aside from Curbside Pickups, we do also offer Full Service Fall Cleanups! Many of our Clients choose to go with Smaller Monthly Cleanups to keep their yards looking better all season, but we do also offer one time Cleanups at the end of the season once all the Leaves have fallen. |

The most important reason for performing a Cleanup is to ensure that the Turf is free of Debris prior to Winter. Any debris that is left for Winter can smother the Turf and cause harm to it's ability to come out of dormancy in the spring!
