Supply and Delivery Pricing
Our goal at First Response Land is to keep things simple. From transparent pricing to being easy to contact, we want to make your life easier, not more stressful! Below you will find standard Supply Delivery Pricing based upon the specific Supply you need, as well as the Town of Delivery.
Please be aware that we currently can only deliver to areas where our trailer can make access to perform
the delivery.
Current Delivery Minimum and Maximum Yardage/Tonnage:
Mulch - 10 Yards
Soil - 5 Yards
Sand - 4 Yards (6 Ton)
Stone - 4 Yards (6 Ton)

If you require more than one material, or a higher quantity than available in one delivery as listed above, each Delivery/Trip will be subject to it’s own Delivery Charge.

"Why is my deliver charge the same as the supply charge on my small load?"
Delivery Pricing is based upon the load, not the quantity. This means that whether you ask for 1/2 a Yard or 8 Yards, you are paying Delivery based upon the load. Our price factors in pickup and drop off travel, fuel and expenses.
"Can I get multiple supplies in one delivery or get two deliveries with one delivery charge?"
We cannot delivery multiple supplies in one delivery, as we have no way to ensure they do not mix. If you would like multiple supplies, we can set up multiple deliveries for you. Each delivery will be subject to the delivery fee, as this fee takes into account our pickup and drop off time, fuel and other expenses.
"Can you dump the supplies in my yard right where i need it?"
Sadly due to the weight of the supplies and the size of our truck and trailer we are not able to move the supplies into your yard. To deliver, we require an area in the driveway (or road if you have gotten appropriate permission from your town). We will need access for the truck and trailer to be able to back into the driveway that is clear of overhead wires to allow dumping.
"Can I get a discount on supplies?"
Sadly, we cannot give ANY DISCOUNTS (Including our First Responder/Veteran Discount) on supplies and deliveries. This is because the prices are based upon the pricing from the various Supply Yards that we use.
"Can I order a higher quantity than you can haul in one load?"
We do allow ordering of a higher quantity than what we can haul in one load, but this will be subject to additional delivery fees for the additional loads.
