We strive to be the most Dependable Company that you could want.  From our Normalized Scheduling with service on the same day each week (weather dependent), Consistent Work no matter what crew services the property and Quick Responses to Phone Calls, Text Messaging and Online Messages.

We Pride ourselves in our Work and our Business.  We truly Love what we do and are Honest and Open about what can and cannot be done.  We take Ownership in everything that we do and always make sure to not only give Respect to you as a Client, but also to your Property and to our Staff.

We feel that a sense of Community is a driving force at FRL.  We base ourselves in the Local Area so that we can spend more time on your property and less time driving.  Our goal is to Support Local Organizations as best as we can and continually give back to the Community as a Whole.

While Technology may not be the first thing  you think of when you think of Lawn Care and Landscaping, we work to leverage our background in Technology as much as possible.  We do this to ensure that you as the Client have very little to worry about when working with FRL.  From the time you request an Online Estimate, to Accepting Estimates Online, receiving your Invoices Online and Paying Online we work to give you the ability to do everything quickly and easily.

Who Are We?

First Response Land was officially established in 2018.  Our service area currently includes Butler, Bloomingdale and Kinnelon, and parts of the surrounding areas.  As we continue to grow as a company, we are excited to provide more services to our clients.  We also have close working relationships with other businesses who provide services that we currently do not provide.  Our goal is to leave your property looking amazing each time we leave, with the attention to detail that it deserves.

The Company name originates from our family history in First Response in both the Fire and Emergency Medicine fields.  Our thought to the name was two fold.  For one, it will serve as a constant reminder of the men and women who are always there when you need them.  Secondly, we want your First Call to be First Response for any of your Outdoor Property Needs!
